Products Description

     Belt conveyoris one of the main material handing equipment for grain storage silos, it consists of metal frame body with pulley at either end, the bed of rollers lies between the pulleys. The belt is looped around each pulley, it slides across the rollers there by moving the materials on the top of the belt when one of the belt is powered by electrical motor. Belt conveyors are widely used for continuous transport bulk materials like grain, powder and pellets, it is suitable for conveying all kinds of materials with loose density of 0.5 ~ 2.5 T/m³, it can also be used to transport bulk materials into pieces or package. Belt conveyor is often installed in connection with other transport machinery or conveyors.
     When conveying loose grains or materials, the friction between the grains and the tape, between the grains and the grains is used. When the tape moves, the grains move with the tape under the action of the friction, so as to achieve the purpose of conveying the materials or grains. 
     Choose belt types according to different transmitted materials. If the material fluidity is good, the belt material with high friction force will be selected, It is used to increase friction and prevent material slipping.
