TSE Brand Grain Flour Silo mainly includes a silo roof, silo body, and silo bottom. All parts are of grain bins made with standard and high-quality materials in the strict process and quality control.
Hopper bottom silos (also called cone bottom silos, hopper bottom storage bins, hopper bins) are the steel silos with a cone bottom. Hopper bottom silos are erected on the supporting structure to make the delicate products unload easily through gravity. Hopper silos have a smooth wall hopper transition with no steps or flanges to offer the cleanest product discharge from the silo. The stored products inside the silo are isolated from the ground, thereby preventing humidity and allowing the interconnection of silos through tapes, facilitating perfect extraction or dosage.

TSE Silos will pass at least 4 inspections before they are delivered from the factory.
During production, we have a special inspection team for random inspections.
Some silo parts need to be welded, cut, etc. These are all operated by professional personnel.

Installation of flat bottom silos
Installation can be carried out in different ways
*If the client wants to install 100ton-15000ton steel flat bottom grain silos by themselves, we could offer detailed instruction, and we'll give our quickest response to deal with any question in the process.
*We could also send our engineer to supervise the installation process. The client could find local workers for the installation work and our engineer will help them during the process.
*If the client needs it, we can send our installation team for the whole installation issue.
