 TSE assembled hopper bottom grain storage silo is made of high quality hot-dip galvanized steel plate pressed into wavy shape by special equipment and made into standard connecting hole,which is connected by high strength bolt.

Silo Roof

Silo Body

     The assembled steel plate silo is madeofhigh quality hot-dip galvanized steel plate pressedinto wavy shape byspecial equipmentandmadeinto standard connecting hole which is connected by high strength bolt. The thickness distribution of silo plate is set according to strength theory, so that the pressure of silo plate is uniform and consistent. The vertical friction force is borne by the reinforcement which is uniformly distributed in the vertical direction of the silo.The section shape of the reinforcement is Z-shaped column.the connection bolt is equipped with spherical galvanized steel pad, and the screw holeis equipped with aging resistant waterproof gasket Add special waterproof slime strip between warehouse plates.

      The hopper, rings and support steel are made of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet. All TSE Grain Silos in hot-dip galvanized hopper cone for grain storage are designed in accordance D-4097 or ASTM D-3299 standards for elevated cone heads. According to the stored grain products and storing situations, the hopper or cone angles are commonly designed at 45º and 60º. The structure of hopper silo depends on the type of products to be stored. In generally, free flowing products pellet products like corn, wheat, soybean and feed pellets require the hopper bottom silo with a 45° angle while powder or other material which is hard to flow fits 60° cone bottom silo storage.
