The Bucket Elevator consists of a series of buckets attached to a belt or chain with pulleys or sprockets located at the top and bottom of the unit. The buckets are located in a casing or housing to contain the material. Bulk materials are loaded into each bucket as the bucket moves past an inlet point. 1.The machine body is elegant with small size big capacity.Reasonable design for the transmission structure.
2.There is rubber attached on the head wheel,and the high density anti-wearing materials is fixed inside the machine head.Using the high level quality motor ans gear box,PVC belt,HDPE buckets.
3.There are anti-explosion opening at the machine head,tube and booth.So during the transportation of the grain,dust and the small powder will not increase the explosion.
4.The special production technology are used for the eklevator tube,it is the bitting type tube,very well at water proof quality.
5.There is the cage type booth wheel,so it can stop the belt from slipping.There is the non-return device fixed on the elevator,so once the powder cuts off suddenly,the elevator buckets will not return to the bottom.
6.The elevator can be used for transportation og the powder,pellets and all type of grains.
7.High working capacity ranges from 10-800m3/h.
